  1. Browse and Choose Your Gear. Explore our range of top-tier fitness equipment, from Concept2 rowers to high-end bikes. Pick what suits your space and goals – whether it's a quick 6-week trial or a longer 24-week commitment.

  2. Secure Checkout. Select your hire period, enter your Auckland address and pay securely. We calculate your refundable bond and any delivery fees upfront (free within 10km of SkyCity for longer hires). Weekly payments start the day after delivery – effortless and transparent.

  3. We Deliver To Your Door. We deliver Auckland-wide. Delivery times are scheduled based on availability, with weekday delivery windows of 6:00–7:00 am and 5:30–8:30 pm. Weekend deliveries are available from 9:00 am–5:00 pm on Saturday and Sunday.

  4. Train, Then We Collect. Enjoy your workout routine at home. Your hire ends the day we collect it, and we'll refund your bond minus any damage (normal wear and tear is fine). Swap or extend anytime.

How soon Can I receive my machine?

We aim to complete delivery as soon as possible. Allow 1-3 days. We deliver within the following times:

Weekdays: 6:00–7:00 am, 5:30–8:30 pm Weekends: 9:00 am–5:00 pm

Can I pick up my machine?

We’re delivery only. The equipment is often heavy and awkward to lift safely, and the screens/electronics are vulnerable to knocks and vibration.

To avoid damage and keep things safe, we deliver, position, and collect the equipment ourselves.

How do I pay?

You’ll need a valid credit card to complete your booking. This card is securely stored and used for all transactions during your hire.

At checkout, you pay only the refundable security deposit. Your first week’s hire and any delivery fees are charged to your card the day after delivery. Ongoing hire is then billed weekly in advance to the same card.

How do I arrange Collection at the end of my hire period

Gear collection is booked when you hire. We confirm the selected day and time before pick-up, then collect your equipment at the confirmed time. We collect within the following times:
