How to Use the Sole F63 Treadmill

  1. Initial Setup: After Revolution Fitness's Auckland delivery and setup, unfold the deck using the Easy Assist system – release the latch, step back, and the deck lowers itself safely into position. Place on a flat, stable surface with at least 1 m of clear space behind the machine. Attach the safety key clip to your clothing before stepping on – this stops the belt immediately if you step too far back.

  2. Power On & Start: Step onto the side rails and hold the handlebars. Press Start to begin, then use the quick-access speed and incline buttons on either side of the console to set your pace. Select one of the 9 preset programmes for a structured cardio or fat-burning session, or train freely in manual mode at your own speed and incline.

  3. During Workout: Maintain an upright posture with a slight forward lean – avoid gripping the handrails too tightly as this reduces the effectiveness of your workout. Use the incline feature to increase intensity without increasing speed – ideal for fat burning and reducing joint stress. Monitor your speed, incline, heart rate, calories, and pace on the backlit LCD console. Stay hydrated and use the integrated fan to stay cool throughout your session.
