  3. During Workout: Drive with legs first, lean back slightly, pull handle to chest. Maintain 20–30 SPM for steady-state cardio or higher for intervals. Use wireless handle controls to adjust resistance on the fly. Monitor heart rate via compatible chest strap. Stay hydrated nearby. Programmes automatically vary resistance for engaging sessions.
